Welcome! I’m Shahnoza, the founder of YBB Studio, where medical knowledge, artistic precision, and a passion for beauty come together.
My professional journey began in Uzbekistan, where I graduated from medical school with honors, earning my medical degree in General Medicine and training as a General Practitioner.
After moving to the United States, I continued my academic and professional journey, earning a cum laude degree in Medical Laboratory Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
I am a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist and Registered Nurse in both New York and Florida, an ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Scientist, and a licensed tattoo artist specializing in permanent makeup.
My dedication to lifelong learning continues through my Diamond Membership at Empire Medical Training, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in medical aesthetics, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, PRP, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.

Brow shock: it's dark — yes, it will get lighter!
Many people are surprised at how dark their brows look at first. This is 100% normal. Please trust the process and give your brows time to heal — your results will soften and lighten beautifully.

Brows look very dark at first due to pigment oxidation and swelling.

This is a normal part of healing. Your brows will soften and lighten.
It will get lighter
As healing continues, brows lighten and soften by up to 30%.

Full healing takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Patience is key!
Color will change
Color may fade, flake, or look patchy or uneven at times while healing.
Peeling is normal
Flaking or peeling is part of healing. Please do not pick or peel!
May disappear & reappear
This is normal! Pigment is settling into the skin as it heals.
Touch-up is essential
A touch-up at 6 weeks is required for the best, long-lasting results.

How long does permanent makeup last?
Results are long-lasting but gradually soften over time. How long yours last depends on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and skincare. A periodic color refresh keeps them looking their best.
Why do my brows look so dark right after?
Totally normal! Pigment oxidation and swelling make brows look darker at first. As they heal over 4–6 weeks, they soften and lighten by up to 30%. See our healing guide above.
Is the touch-up necessary?
Yes. A touch-up about 6 weeks after your first session is essential to perfect the healed result and make it long-lasting. Touch-ups are $150.
How long is the healing process?
Full healing takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Flaking, peeling and temporary color changes are all part of the process — please don't pick or peel.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as mild. Your comfort is a priority, and we'll walk you through exactly what to expect before we begin.
Is permanent makeup right for me?
Most people are great candidates. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding may affect timing, so please mention any health concerns when you book and we'll advise you.
How does the deposit work?
A $50 deposit is required to book and is deducted from your total service price. The deposit is non-refundable, and all transactions are final.
Can I bring a friend or my children?
To keep the studio calm and private, only the scheduled client is allowed at the appointment — no guests or children, please.
What if I'm running late?
Please arrive on time. A $25 late fee applies if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Do you offer Botox or fillers?
